Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy
At Utkal Developers, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, specific terms may apply as outlined below.
2. Project Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are exclusively available for requests made between 7 to 15 days from the date of the initial payment, and strictly provided that the project has NOT been initialized. If the project work has commenced or the request is made outside of this 7-15 day window, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the time and administrative resources already allocated.
3. Milestone-Based Payments
For projects with milestone-based payments, refunds are not issued for completed and approved milestones. If a project is terminated mid-milestone, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point, and any remaining balance of a prepaid amount will be refunded.
4. Revision Policy
We offer a specified number of revisions during the development phase to ensure the final product meets your requirements. Dissatisfaction with design choices after approval does not qualify for a refund, but we will work with you to find a solution within reasonable scope.
5. Technical Issues
If there are technical issues with the delivered product that are due to our error, we will fix them at no additional cost within the support period defined in your contract. This does not qualify for a monetary refund but for a service rectification.
